Singhania University All Complaints are Illegal

 

There is a famous saying – Three things cannot be long hidden: the sun, the moon and the truth.

Coming to the fact I have many valid points which indicate that Singhania University which is located in Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan is not declared as fake. Below are few points which will prove that university is not fake.

1.     Singhania University, Jhunjhunu is a genuine UGC recognised University. Anyone can visit UGC website to crosscheck it.

2.     UGC provides a list of colleges which comes under it or affiliated by it and those colleges are not considered as fake.

3.     Singhania University is affiliated to UGC and hence it is not fake it is well established university.

4.     World Education Services (WES), Canada, USA & Australia consider this as a legitimate & genuine University.

5.     Since its a deemed University recognized under section 2(f) of UGC act 1956, it doesn’t need AICTE approval for its Engineering courses.

6.     Its B.Tech degree is equivalent to degree awarded by any IIT, NIT & other deemed universities which doesn’t need AICTE approval.

7.     On 25^th March 2021 High court of judicature for Rajasthan at Jodhpur gave a verdict that the Singhania University established under the statute, is automatically recognized and needs no recognition by any other authority.

8.     If one has checked the website of the Singhania University then one can observe that many students who got graduated under that university have been placed under different companies by that university. If that university was fake then there would be no placements provided to the students

9.     The degree given by Singhania University is not fake since it is approved by UGC and AICTE for other courses than B.Tech.

10.IGNOU judgment of Hon’ble Delhi High Court in which it has been held that statutory university like IGNOU and likewise Singhania University, does not require any permission from Central Government or MCI to take admission in MBBS/MD/MS & other medical courses and award degree/ diploma to the pass out students and that degree holder will be automatically recognized & eligible to apply for registration with State Medical Council and in Indian Medical Register.

11.Singhania University’s MBBS/MD/MS & other medical qualifications are recognised medical qualification, listed in First Schedule of the MCI Act.

12. Singhania University is established by government

ent of Rajasthan and recognized as per section of 2(f) of UGC act, 1956.

13. When asked about the university to the students who have completed their graduation from Singhania University the review or the response of the students were positive.

14.One of the student response is stated below :

 I personally have got my B.Sc. AME degree evaluated & they have considered it as 3 years bachelor’s degree at par with any university across the world.

15. The student responses states that the degree evaluated by the university is valid throughout the world which indicates that the university is not fake

 

At last, I want to conclude my research by conveying the message that Singhania University is not declared as a fake one and All complaints are available on Consumer Complaints are illegal. Please don’t get paranoid by what other say, always prefer fact over rumour.
